Velocity dail prototype

Small innovations can be fun. When I was hosting the Practices make perfect game yesterday I had a sudden idea. The Practices make perfect game helps teams to find a balance between fulfilling stakeholder needs and improving development practices. All within the context of the velocity of the team.

Up to now the velocity of the teams was indicated by a set of cards. But inspired by an old bord game that I really liked as a kid, it tried to rebuild the dail they used. See the first prototype of the velocity dial that I hope to use from now on.
