Training by Candlelight

Training bij kaarslicht 2

Who claims that training sessions are dull, boring and that the businesslike setting is taking away the feeling that you can learn and enjoy in a friendly atmosphere is proven to be wrong. Yesterday we provided the training presenting for professionals in a candlelight setting. Participants learned how to prepare and give a presentation. How to use mise-en-scene effectively and how to avoid the basic PowerPoint pitfalls. Maybe it was due to the content; maybe it was due to the setting. Probably both: but participants became enthusiastic for giving presentation and are looking forward to the second training day.
In this day, they will present to each other and we’ll provide feedback to the speaker.

If you are interested in candlelight trainings just let me know. I can’t wait to try the other trainings in this setting as well. SCRUM Battle by Night? Make your work visible in the dark… sounds promising.
